I'm psychologist, inspired by movement, dance, massage and travelling.
All my experience resulted in holistic approach to work with people. Psychology knowledge, solution Focused Therapy approach and dancing were my main paths. During studies I explored body awareness techniques, latin rhythms and hawaiian dance Hula. I found that real presence, communication, movement and exploring human potential are great tools to feel healed and vital. I always felt deep connection with the water and thanks to it she met different places and amazing people. „Look deep into nature and you will understand everything better” is her favourite quotes. Barbara's experience working with people in various condition, community schemes, leading classes and workshops.

NURCAN
Nurcan, who was initially interested in the purely physical aspects of yoga, began sharing her teachings from a holistic perspective by listening to the mind's reflections over time. Yoga is now a natural lifestyle for her, where she believes asanas can help people discover their true selves.
