Sometimes all you need is breath deeper or move, dance to feel better, really! Our body as the same like with food needs to be nourish by conscious breath and healthy movement. About the body

The body is a specific physical aspect of our life and it's our story. The mind may be in the past or future, but the body will always brings us to feelings and „here and now". With body practise we „go out" of the head, relax, experience and discover, so we can develop naturally. This is how we build a bridge between mind and body. Movement is one of the strongest ways you have to affecting the world.

Moreover through body awareness and various movement styles you improve your confidence and self - esteem. You start to explore and develop naturally. It's program which includes aerobic, strenght, resistance, pilates exercises, dancing latin & carribean styles. Are you interesting in energizing and motivated people to move? We organize  movement and dance sessions for larger and smaller groups as well as individuals. We ensure that our workshops build good vibes, kept fun and easy-going, but also motivated and energized atmosphere. There are special workshops which includes not only exercises and dancing, but also has positive impact on participant's self-esteem.
