Join us in a transformative, creative and spiritual journey through daily body practise and contact with nature, yoga, self-exploratory natural dance & writing as a channels to reveal insight from within.

It’s known that writing heals mind and combained with body heals on deeper level, releases stress and helps us see the clearer picture. Writing opens up a new world of feelings and it changes our perception on things. It makes our mind more focused and helps us get in touch with ourselves and what about movement?Emotions are motions, so feelings bring us closer to ourselves to exspress more!

We are inviting you to explore your beautiful body and movement and slow down, reduce stress, lift up the spirit. We will explore benefits of the movement together in harmony with our inner self.

What you can exspect during dancing with Elements?

Get a chance to explore how unique you are, how you move with the feeling from inside and which element are you: earth, water, fire or air ? This is a dancing activity that explores how the different elements impact the way we communicate with our bodies and others. Moving with Elements builds the bridge with yourself and nature, develops body awareness and connects us with love, acceptance and joy.
