When we give our body attention, we go out of the head, relax, experience and discover more and develop naturally. Through yoga and dance you practise flexibility and strength. Moreover through body awareness and various style of dances you experience a lot of joy, different rhythms and qualities of the movement. Everything with precious mindful breathing. Being outside, in nature, in the ocean. Surfing it's having fun and much much more! You are in the water, which in itself is a great way to reset your mind. When you surf you are mainly focus, so there is not much time left to think about doubts. As well as mediation or yoga, surfing allows you to direct your focus which often help to go through even difficult experiences. While watching the movement of the ocean, catching waves or feeling the sensation of the water you can feel that time doesn't exist.
