BARBARA MUŚ
Barbara is from Poland. She's psychologist inspired by holistic approach, movement and travelling. After experience Lomi Lomi Nui massage she also became massage therapist. She graduated “Master in Psychology” from the SWPS - University of Social Sciences and Humanities and Brief Solution Focused Therapy (BSFT) Level I in Poland. Completing many body practice trainings and courses such as „Laban/Bartenieff Movement Analysis”, „Dance Movement Psychotherapy”, „Sherborne Developmental Movement”, “Body Memory” and “Fitness and Stretching Instructor” made her aware about the importance of focusing not only on the mind but also on the body. The best way to improve your physical and mental health is to observe also what is happening with your body, what your guts tells you, so body and mind needs to work together to create balance and better life. Her experience includes working with people in various condition, community schemes, leading classes and workshops.
